Hi, I’m Sam and I have been helping people to help themselves since 2007.

Now ....

I am not sure about you but no one ever actually showed me how to be a happy, healthy, self aware and successful human being.

Like many others I had a bit of a rocky start to life managing parental separation, substance abuse, domestic violence and becoming a Mum to my beautiful and amazing son Jack now aged seventeen....

So this led me to be carrying round A LOT of baggage! Trauma, guilt, worry, fear, stress, anxiety, low self worth, unhealthy and harmful coping strategies, intrusive, destructive and suicidal thoughts; you name it I felt it!

And the worst part was I did not know what to do about any of it!!! I was being taught Maths, English, Science Geography but not the key functional skills that I required to believe in myself and and overcome the challenges I was experiencing. I needed to learn how to keep safe, how my mind, body, emotions and energetic systems function.

How to manage all the rage, self doubt and guilt I and we humans naturally feel inside and why my brain constantly told me I was rubbish, and most importantly what I could do about it all.

So as I am sure all you can all imagine becoming a Mum and managing life, work, parenting and professional responsibilities is the most life changing experience ever!

It brought many rewards and challenges especially as my son had special educational needs and difficulties. So I made it my life's work to become the best person, professional and parent that I could be and then to share the exact steps I took to achieve it with the world.

I have worked with people aged five to ninety eight and have proven to support them to live in alignment with their highest potential.

Drawing from both my extensive professional development and my own personal journey of self discovery and awareness,

I have created this exciting toolkit. It uniquely combines my therapeutic and trauma-informed and informal education training with science-based physiological, psychological
and creative visualisation techniques to deliver this unique life changing course.
